The DORST Type V screw-type vacuum extrusion presses are engineered for the continuous production of:

These presses are ideal for ceramic bodies, hard metals, and other special materials that are challenging to extrude. Suitable for both small diameters and materials requiring high extrusion force, the Type V machines deliver precise shaping using ceramic and metal powders.
Used for extrusion of plastified materials like:
+Aluminum oxide, titanium oxide, zinc oxide
+Steatite, carbides, silicon nitride, boron nitride
+Refractory clays, ferrites, honeycomb structures
+Special compositions for lead pencils, ceramics, and metal-matrix components
Equipped with tilt-kneader AMK III U 8/IV. Machinery was used to process just 300 kg of titanium oxide in total. It is in excellent condition.
